Kumiko Mendl & Richard Peralta have been cast in the West End transfer of MY NEIGHBOUR TOTORO - opening at the Gillian Lynne Theatre on March 8th.
Following two rapturously received, sell-out runs at the Barbican, the 'awe-inspiring' (Time Out) production of Studio Ghibli’s My Neighbour Totoro transfers to London's West End.
Winner of six Olivier Awards, this 'utterly beguiling' (The Stage) and “jaw-dropping” (Metro) staging of the celebrated 1988 animated feature film is brought to you by the Royal Shakespeare Company and Executive Producer Joe Hisaishi, and adapted by Tom Morton-Smith (Oppenheimer).

Mendl & Peralta will form part of the Kazego puppetry ensemble, with Mendl also playing the role of Nurse Emiko.
