Rebecca Banatvala is an actor/writer alumni of the Soho Writers Lab. A Piece of My Liver, her debut play, exploring grief, and belonging within the Parsi Diaspora, was shortlisted for The Tony Craze Award and is currently in development.
Previous co-written work as writer/performer includes The Last Resort, (Vaults Flairground) Boxtickers (CPT, Chinaplate) with LoUis CYfer/ LJ Parkinson and Rapport (Caravan Theatre) with Tatty MaCleod.
Her first TV treatment, Zoo House, was shortlisted for Nisha Parti/BBC’s 2020 Asian Writer’s award.
